The order will only enter the print schedule when both payment and approval of the proof has been received.

Can I amend my order?
After the artwork is approved and if the order has not been printed, an amendment can bemae.
The is a £36 (£30 + VAT) charge to re-proof.
Can I cancel my order?
We can’t cancel the order if it has already been printed.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can update the delivery address right up until we generate the delivery label.
Can I track the shipping of the order?
When the order is printed and dispatched, you should receive an email from DX or DPD informing you that the parcel is on it’s way.
There will be another email on the delivery day with an estimated delivery timeslot.
